Wanneer wordt mijn bestelling verstuurd?

We carefully pack and ship all orders placed before 3 P.M. on business days within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed after Friday 3 P.M. will be shipped first thing Monday.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace email so you can follow your new pieces right to your door.

Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you live — the link in your email will show the most accurate updates.

Sometimes PostNL takes a bit longer than expected (up to 1–2 weeks, depending on your location), but don’t worry — your order is on its way to you, promise!

Is het mogelijk om mijn bestelling te annuleren of te wijzigen?

We understand that plans can change! You can request to cancel your order, but please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible if the order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet.



Kan ik mijn bestelling retourneren?

We want you to be fully happy with your LEZARY piece!

If you’d like to return an item, please do so within 7 days after receiving it — as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on earrings.

Ik heb geen bestelbevestiging ontvangen. Wat nu?

After placing your order, it can take up to 15 minutes to receive your confirmation email. If you haven’t received it after that, please check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes our emails can end up there. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us via the Contact button in the menu, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
